Zgierz  is a town in central Poland, located just to the north of Łódź and part of themetropolitan area centered on that city. As of 2014 it had a population of 57,458.

Zgierz is situated in the Łódź Voivodeship (since 1999); previously it was in Łódź Metro Voivodeship (1975–1998). It is the capital of Zgierz County.

Academy of Music, Krakow, Poland

The Academy of Music in Kraków  is a conservatory located in central Kraków, Poland. It is the alma mater of the renowned Polish contemporary composer Krzysztof Penderecki, who was also its Rector for 15 years. The Academy is the only one in Poland to have two winners of the International Chopin Competition in Warsaw (Halina Czerny-Stefańska and Adam Harasiewicz) as well as a few further prize-winners among its alumni

Water tower, Wroclaw, Poland

This historic Wrocław water tower is situated in Borek, the district of Krzyki that is the southern borough of Wrocław,Poland. The water tower at Sudecka Street in Wrocław was designed by Karl Klimm, a reputed local architect. Famed at the beginning of the 20th century, Klimm also designed the impressive building of the High School of Construction Engineering and Machinery (the today’s Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology) and theZwierzyniecki Bridge (formerly known as the Pass Bridge).

Ogrodzieniec castle, Poland

Ogrodzieniec Castle – ruins of the medieval castle in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. Rebuilt several times in its history, the castle was originally built in the 14th–15th century by the Włodkowie Sulimczycy family. The castle is situated on the 515.5 m high Castle Mountain (Polish: Góra Zamkowa), the highest hill of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. Located on the Trail of the Eagles' Nests, the ruins are opened for visitors.
